The registration page for excursions is now live! Below are the the various options we are offering for an additional cost. All excursions (excepting Boston Red Sox games) will depart from the Marriott in Kendall Square which is also the conference registration center. Red Sox Tickets will be along soon. We are waiting for tickets to be released.

Boston Revealed

Experience various neighborhoods of Boston through the countless colonial cornucopia of sites, sounds and historical significance it is home to. Your group will travel through Copley Square, the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the North End, where you will see notable sites such as the Trinity Church, Old South Meeting House and Boston Commons – just to name a few!

Salem & Marblehead

“Witch” way to Salem? Travel north of Boston to Salem and Marblehead to learn about the America’s witchcraft hysteria and maritime trade history with multiple significant stops such as “The House of Seven Gables,” the Peabody Essex Museum and the streets of Old Town.

Kayaking Adventure

Revel in the best view of Boston’s skyline from a kayak on the Charles River! On this two-hour guide-led activity, you will explore and enjoy the most scenic section of the urban river including the Hancock and Prudential Buildings, the Citco Sign, the State House Dome, Zakim Bridge, plus the Esplanade and M.I.T. No prior experience needed.

Revolutionary Battlegrounds

Retrace the footsteps along the Freedom Trial through Boston proper and into the towns of Belmont, Lexington and Concord, where the Freedom Rider rode his horse to warn the Colonials that the “British are coming!” Relive the moments on the famous Lexington Green and Concord Foot Bridge, as well as the 13-mile ride of Paul Revere, before stopping at the historic Concord Museum which is home to one of the oldest and most treasured collections of Americana in the country.

On the Trial Through Cambridge

Head to Harvard Square for a guided tour through the historical back roads of Cambridge- home to Tory Row, MIT, Harvard University, Civil War Memorial Hall and many more point of interests. Your group will hop on an hour-long Charles River sightseeing cruise, with impressive views of Beacon Hill, the Back Bay, Esplanade Park and the countless sailboats and rowers!

Rum Distillery Tour

See and experience the exciting distilling process of craft rum with a private VIP tour of three of Boston’s award-winning rum distilleries: Bully Boy Distillers, GrandTen Distilling, and Boston Harbor Distilling. You will not only learn about the unique distilling process and long list of high standards each rum is required to meet, but also how to assess each rum based off sight, smell and of course, taste!

Boston Harbor Sailing

Set sail in Boston Harbor aboard the 125-foot Tall Ship Schooner Liberty Clipper or the 67-foot Tall Ship Schooner Liberty Star, where you will see the countless sights Boston Harbor has to offer! Take the wheel, set the sails, or just sit back and enjoy the sights and beauty of Boston.

Boston Red Sox Tickets

We also offer Boston Red Sox tickets to at least one game during the week. We have a limited quantity of tickets, so once they sell out, we sell out. Tickets do not come with transportation to the game, but from the conference center, it is easy to reach by either walking or public transportation. Those purchasing tickets will receive more specific directions and information on getting to Fenway Park, the oldest ballpark in the United States. Games are subject to inclement weather and are not refundable for any reason.
