Registration is not yet live, but rates will be the following:
Early (December 1, 2017-April 30, 2018): $325
Regular (May 1-July 15, 2018): $375
Early (December 1, 2017-April 30, 2018): $125
Regular (May 1-July 15, 2018): $150
Pre-Conference (December 1, 2017-July 15, 2018): $125
Note: All conference rates above include access to all panels, plenary sessions, coffee breaks, and both opening and closing night receptions.
We will also have a cultural event and a couple of receptions that will be an added cost for those who wish to attend those events.
Meals will not be offered by the conference as the large number of restaurants in Cambridge and on MIT’s campus are far superior in both pricing and menu options than any the organizers could offer.

Note: Most excursions must be purchased in advance, as on-site tickets may not be available. Boston Red Sox tickets must be purchased in advance, but will be available for pick up on site. No transportation will be provided for baseball games.
On-site registration will take place throughout the conference beginning Sunday evening (see conference schedule) at the Boston Marriott Cambridge at Kendall Square (50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA). The hotel will also hold the opening and closing night receptions, publisher exhibits, poster sessions, and coffee breaks.
