Note: All Standard and Student conference rates above include access to academic panels, plenary sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks, and the opening and closing night receptions.  The Tuesday evening reception at the Fogg Art Museum and the Wednesday evening cultural event and require the purchase of an additional ticket, first come, first served.

Registered accompanying persons are invited to the opening and closing receptions, and to purchase tickets for the Fogg reception, the cultural event, and all tours.

Meals will not be hosted by the conference as there are a great many restaurants in Cambridge and sit-down cafes as well as popular food trucks on the MIT campus itself, offering participants a wide range of prices and menu options.

Note: Most excursions must be reserved and purchased in advance, as on-site tickets may not be available. Boston Red Sox tickets must be purchased in advance, but will be available for pick up on site. No transportation will be provided for baseball games.

On-site registration will take place throughout the conference beginning Sunday evening (see conference schedule) at the Boston Marriott Cambridge at Kendall Square (50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA). The hotel will also hold the opening and closing night receptions, publisher exhibits, poster sessions, and coffee breaks.
