Registration

Registration begins Sunday, July 29th at 3pm. It ends at 7pm that evening, but will be available beginning in the mornings throughout the week of the the Congress. Registration materials will be filed under the attendee’s last name.  It may be helpful if attendees present an ID to help the check-in line move along quickly, but not required.  Anyone who has a balance due will need to check-in at the Onsite Registration desk to pay their balance and pick up materials.

Presenting

Presenters are advised to bring a laptop or their presentation on a flash drive. Panel organizers should bring a laptop for their panels to share, so panels can run more smoothly. Rooms are equipped with HDMI and VGA connections, with the exception of E51-057 and E51-395 (Tang Center), which only have VGA connections. If you are in those two rooms and need an adapter, please email me. Furthermore, if you own a MAC, please bring your own dongle to connect to one or both of the connections above.

Internet

MIT has internet throughout campus and attendees only need to select MIT Guest from their wifi connections list. The Marriott is not offering free internet, so those who have sessions in a Marriott room should be prepared to have their presentations downloaded onto a flash drive.

If you are interested in excursions, please purchase them now! Check them out here:  (http://wehc2018.org/excursions/). We still have Red Sox tickets left, but they are close to selling out.

Invitation

If you need a personalized invitation letter, we can only provide digital letters now, and you must fill out the form here by Wednesday, July 22nd.

Reading and Downloading Papers

To read and download full papers, please either log in or sign up for an account on the conference website. NOTE: the website is a different account than your registration account. Once logged in, the paper abstract fields on panel pages show a PDF link in the upper right corner. A list of accepted panels is available here. The program also includes links to panel web pages.
